Track GTA real estate development

UrbanToronto has launched UrbanToronto Pro, a new real estate data subscription service that tracks planning, construction and development in the GTA.
This real-time business intelligence and mapping service provides research data from the start to the completion for GTA real estate/construction projects, from Burlington to Oshawa to Newmarket.
Using validated research data gathered historically, the service lets users track, compare and plan for future growth.
“We can quickly and easily track a piece of land from the beginning, including government approvals through to project construction and completion,” says UrbanToronto Co-Founder and President Edward Skira.
The service covers residential, hotel, industrial office, public space, retail and transit.
